I know I can never get you to admit this, but you play FarmVille. You cant hide it. You have to be one of the 70 million plus people who are active in the social gaming phenomenon which has users create and manage their own farms. Dont worry. Im not going to judge you for it or anything. Casual games (or social games as they are starting to call them) have evolved and matured a great deal in the last five years. They are no longer looked down upon. Instead, they are perceived as a simple and quick way for people to squeeze five minutes of enjoyment out of their day. Moreover, they are profitable. Tons of money is waiting to be made in this fresh section of the gaming industry. And who doesnt like money? I know I do. Hell, I bet Rockstar likes it, too. You know what else I like? Rockstar games. Hell, a lot of people do. And thats exactly why they should make a Facebook game.

Another new feature, exclusive to the iPhone, is the ability to set your own playlist from iTunes as the soundtrack to the game via the Independence FM radio station option. This can give Liberty City any mood that takes your fancy and allows you to play and listen in perfect harmony. Making a welcome return are the touch screen mini-games featured in the original DS version. Ranging from hot wiring cars to smashing windows and assembling sniper rifles, each game adds a definite change of pace to the play and a charming way of interacting with the world.

Episodes from Liberty City Coming to PS3?[ 7 Comments ] 22:47 PST | Jon | Print News | Category: Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned - Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay TonySimplyGames, an online game seller in the U.K., has a new listing up for a PS3 version of Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City. According to the listing, we can expect a release at the end of March. It's quite possible that we simply have another fraud, but the PS3 box art does grab a bit of extra attention.
UPDATE — It looks like the listing has already been pulled. We'll have to wait and see if there was anything to this "leak"
