    I like solving problems through programming.

    WordPress Origin Story

    My spouse wanted a WordPress blog added to her existing, static HTML site. I needed to customize the theme so the blog would appear well integrated into the existing site. I knew nothing of PHP and only a little CSS, yet I realized I had learned more about WP than some. Despite my limited knowledge, I was able to answer a few forum questions. I found that in trying to answer questions that required a little research, that I would teach myself new things about WordPress. 10 years later, I’ve since learned a lot simply by helping others solve their problems.
