The Body Works has partnered with the Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth Houston (6901 Bertner Ave, Houston, TX, 77030) and they are looking for participants who are suffering from Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain (e.g., pain in the neck, shoulder, hand, back, hip, knee, foot).

This study will evaluate an auricular (ear) point acupressure (no needles) selfmanagement program compared to pain education to address chronic musculoskeletal pain. For more information, click the “More Info” button.

This dynamic assisted stretch session will work out your joint and muscle kinks. Our techniques of assisted and dynamic stretching may provide you with increased range of motion, blood flow and body awareness. Whether you are a hard core athlete or a couch potato, our stretch sessions are ideal for you. Our bodies are meant to move, so let us help you do that better. All sessions are completely clothed and you’ll be taught stretches that you can continue on your own time.
