What is your proposed solution?
Add two image edit actions:
- Inpaint: “Remove or replace area” (aka erase and replace)
- Outpaint: “Extend image” (aka expand canvas and fill)
Add UI entry points:
- Gutenberg-based Media Editor (preferred when available)
- Media Library: Edit Media screen (fallback and parity)
Store results as a new media item while preserving the original image.
