All you need to know about this year's FyneFest.

FyneFest has been going strong for over 15 years. Here's a brief history of the festival...

As we embark on another unforgettable weekend, we want to thank you for being a part of our FyneFest community. We have had the pleasure of welcoming many of you back year after year, and each of you have contributed to the magic of FyneFest. Your unwavering support and enthusiasm has shaped this festival into the vibrant celebration it is today.

To all our FyneFest first-timers, we are so excited to welcome you to the Glen! Get ready to lose yourself in the rhythm of FyneFest, where we hope you’ll create memories that will resonate for years to come.

Getting to and finding your way around FyneFest needn’t be daunting!  We’ve put together a robust amount of information on this page, with everything from accommodation info to contact details of local taxi firms.

If you still have questions, why not take a look at the FAQ page, where we answer many of the common questions we get asked.

Festival Programme

On arrival at FyneFest, you’ll be given a wristband, glass, a beer and program. For those of you who want to get ahead of the game by scanning through the booklet ahead of the festival, you can download a copy below.

Site Map

To help you find your way around the festival site, we will prepare a handy map of the main arena. FyneFest isn’t a big festival – camping is on the same field as the main arena – but hopefully it’ll help you get oriented before you arrive.

Accommodation

All you need to know about your FyneFest stay.

Camping

There are few more spectacular sights to wake up to than the stunning scenery of Glen Fyne, so bring your trusty two-man tent and a couple of sleeping bags and make a weekend of FyneFest!

The FyneFest site is compact, with the Main Arena and camping areas both in the same field, but there’s plenty of room for tents and all the facilities you need to make sure you’re comfortable over the weekend.

The campsite opens at 10am on the first day of the festival, and tent spots are on a first-come, first-served basis (but let us know if you need any special requirements).

There’s also a Quiet Camping area for those who want to ensure a good night’s sleep. It’s clearly signposted, but if you get lost, just ask a team member.

Campervans

Campervans, caravans, and trailer tents are very welcome at FyneFest, with a dedicated area available for those looking to bring their wheeled camping accommodations.

There is an add-on ticket for bringing a campervan, so when booking, ensure to book a weekend camping ticket for each attendee, as well as a campervan pass for each live-in vehicle coming to the site. Campervan passes must be purchased in addition to a weekend camping ticket; however, you only need 1x campervan pass per vehicle, not per person.

For example – a family of 4 sharing a caravan would require:

  • 4 x weekend camping tickets
  • 1 x campervan pass

As with the camping field, the camper van site will be open from 10am on the Friday, or 4pm Thursday if you have an Early Access ticket., and pitches are organised by festival team members on arrival in order to ensure maximum use of the space available.

We may have to separate campervans and caravans due to field layouts. Please note the maximum pitch size is Pitches are 7m x 5m in size. You can find more information on our FAQ page here.

Dogs

FyneFest is a four-legged friendly festival.

Four-legged friends are welcome at FyneFest, with a few conditions, including registering your dog before the event.

Before you do, we ask all owners to carefully consider whether bringing their dog to FyneFest is in the best interest of the dog. As much as we try to make our annual festival a friendly, relaxed experience and want to welcome as many canine pals as possible, we know that it might not be a suitable environment for all dogs. FyneFest brings together 3,000 people of all ages, in a relatively small area, where alcohol will be consumed and loud music will be played – so please, please think carefully about whether your dog will be comfortable in a busy, loud and potentially charged environment and remember the experience at a dog’s eye-level may be quite different to your own before deciding to register your dog.

We do our best to give dogs as much freedom as possible while on site, including having their own park to run around and socialise off-lead, but at the end of the day, each owner is responsible for their own dog.

If you’re set on bringing your dog along to FyneFest, please read the policy and rules for dogs on site below and complete the registration form.
