Remote, together

We have teammates across seven timezones (and counting). Those based near our offices come in together in person 1-5 days a week. We work hard to keep everyone involved and connect through async work practices and daily games.

16 weeks parental leave

Flexible hours

We care about outcomes, not hours. We all make time to walk the dog, do the school run or go for a lunchtime swim. If we work late to help a user in another timezone or to squash a bug, we’ll start late the next morning.
