Slack Subscribers
• Subscribers can sign up to receive status notifications in their Slack channels.
• Multiple subscriptions can be set up to send notifications to different Slack channels.
• Each subscriber has the option to customize which components they want to receive notifications for.
Subscribe to status updates
Subscriptions can be created directly from your status page.
To respect your privacy, our Slack app only requests permission to post messages.
The subscriber’s email address is required to enable future management of the subscription.
Subscribers can manage their subscriptions independently.
Customize Slack Settings
Configure your Slack settings in the Dashboard under the Notifications > Slack tab.
Customize Slack Notifications Using Variables
Insert variables into notification templates by wrapping them with *| and |*

Maintenance and incident notifications have separate sets of available variables.
