2 months, 3 weeks - We got a look at a behind-closed-doors gameplay demo of Control Resonant, and it’s not just that it's a markedly different and not just a same-y sequel, but it’s that its melee combat might scratch my Ninja Gaiden-style itch. “This is not a soulslike,” said lead gameplay designer Sergey Mohov. “It’s a push-forward, action-driven, aggressive-playstyle action game. If nothing else, it looks like the Hiss has breached the confines of The Oldest House and made its way to the streets of New York.The optional interaction near the end of The Lake House DLC has FBC Investigations Agent Kiran Estevez, transported to the Oceanview Motel and then The Oldest House's Panopticon where she has an extended conversation with Control's protagonist's (Jesse Faden) brother -- Dylan Faden. After a quick apology to Jesse, he reveals a glimpse into what lies in store for the future of the Remedy-verse.
