Luna's Quick CSS Gradient Guide
I'm Luna and I've written HTML/CSS professionally. Since our gradients page has a high examples-to-detail ratio, I thought I'd write a post that's heavier on detail and lighter on examples. Now people can look at both!
You can follow along in your sandbox.
I won't cover every possible gradient feature because it would get too long. If you're ready for more advanced details, be sure to check out MDN's guide.

Getting Started with Python
Welcome to Python programming! In this guide, we'll cover three essential building blocks of the language: variables, loops, and functions. Understanding these concepts will help you write more efficient and organized code.
A variable is like a container that holds a value. You can store different types of data in a variable, such as numbers, text, or even more complex data types. These are especially helpful in automation, or forms/programs where users need to enter information.
To create a variable, just use the `=` symbol to assign a value:

So she was the sole Bureaucrat for a time, but her account was removed from the platform due to various atrocities - the same happened to her alternate accounts she made to stir up troubble.

- I'm Min's 3rd main horse
- I had a bit of a backstory, I was originally a black splash overo fri, but Min turned me into a ghost after the Halloween update.
- I was named by Min's dad back when i was a black splash overo, Alloy was a fitting name because black splash is a breeding unique coat (to alloy something you blend two metals together)
- I had a wedding to `eveispretty`'s horse Lunar Eclipse in late 2023.
- Fun fact: Min made my tack set in June 2023, but when they got me, they changed the first design a lot.

Coding Help Wiki January Newsletter
Hello everyone! I just wanted to let you all know of a few new developments on the Wiki.
First off, due to Jack leaving Fandom (see her post here), we needed a new Administrator (I know yet another one). Due to several things that needed to be done, the current staff team and Jesto agreed we should do something quick to get a new Administrator, and promoted myself.
Second, I plan to promote Shen to Administrator shortly in the future, at least temporarily. He has coded some of our CSS and needs to add some more as well as make some fixes to ensure its completeness and restyle some things.
Many of you likely noticed the changes to Dark Theme and the main page this past month, I just wanted to tell you all to expect similar changes to Light Theme…

Hello coders, or non-coders (this post is mainly for coders though lol). As you know this is my favorite wiki that's why I'm posting this here. :)
As you might know KittyNoirReg (aka me) has been disabled by Fandom because they made a joke about being underage in their bio. Anyway, that's not the main point here! WE'RE ALMOST IN DECEMBER, THE HOLIDAY SEASON IS HERE GUYS!!!
Anyway... if you know some programming (Java or Python) and looking for some coding fun this holiday, Advent of Code is for you!
Advent of code is a fun challenge if anyone want to try. Each day, starting from December 1 until December …

- 4 Wrapping Up
Hello ! I assume you are here because you have no idea where to start and how to start coding. I know it is probably overwhelming when you want to start coding but you don't know where to start, the Beginner's Guide listed a bunch of beginner article links but in the blog post I will walk you through from the very beginning. From how to open source editor to writing codes where you can see the results! Read on to learn more. :)
The first thing you want to do is open source editor before you put any codes into your page. I suggest you go to your Sandbox right now, and follow along with another tab. You can just create it if it does not exist.

CSS Animations
This blog is about how to create keyframes and what they are, and creating animations using keyframes. If you want to learn how to code a color changing username (or basically anything), you're in the right place. If you just want animation of username though, I recommend you read this article.
First go to your , before you click on edit/create, read the rest of this blog.
The first step in creating an animation is to decide what type of animation you want. CSS allows you to make all kinds of animations: colors, movements, size changing, and any other attributes of CSS can be animated. This blog will show you both color changing and text size changing animations.
1. Make a keyframe. Below is the syntax, inside the curly braces is where you pu…
Nesting (concept)
Hi there ! You might have know from my last blog post that I will go over nesting in my next post. And now, here we are! Okay without further ado, let's get into it.
So nesting is basically when something is inside something else. For example, in my last blog, a collapsible button is inside of another collapsible button. This can apply to anything in programming, not just buttons and Wikitext. And it can be extremely useful at times too, think about recursion! (will make a future blog on it don't worry lol) So yeah, when an element is contained within another element (could be the same thing or different depending on the situation), it is called nesting.
You might have heard of things like "nested loops" or "nested ifs" or "nested coll…
Multiple Nested Collapsible Buttons
Hello there , you are here because you want to learn how to make collapsible buttons open up inside another collapsible button.
To make a single collapsible button, use this code:
You can keep nesting the buttons like this to continue this "collapsible-inside-collapsible-inside-collapsible" feature. In the next blog post, I'll be talking about the concept of nesting!
Also this idea credit goes to @Newtbnrjake!

Anyways, signatures might not look exactly how you want it…so… yeah, don’t be mad at me if it isn’t your favorite or kind.
