Yes, the Free plan is free forever for up to 50 users and includes core features like a structured and searchable knowledge base and integrations for Slack and Microsoft Teams.
The Basic plan costs $6.50 per seat per month and includes structured and searchable knowledge base plus read API access, single sign-on (SSO) with SAML and Okta integration, and integrations for Slack & Microsoft Teams.
The Enterprise plan includes all Business features plus unlimited communities of practice, multi-team permissions, unlimited Private Teams, Ingestion, ISO 27001/27701 and TISAX certifications, advanced security features, single tenant hosting.
Yes, monthly billing is available for the Basic and Self-Serve Business plans.
You can pay using a credit card on Basic and Business plans, and invoicing is available for both Business and Enterprise plans.
On the Basic plan, new users are billed monthly. If you choose to pay annually, you will receive an additional monthly bill. If you choose to pay monthly for your Basic plan, your monthly invoice will reflect your new users. On the Business plan, new users are billed monthly outside of your annual invoice.
