    WordPress Origin Story

    I began using WordPress for personal use in 2005/2006. In 2007, I started working professionally with WordPress at the University of Maine, where I ran a WordPress Multi Site installation with ~300 sites. During this time, I contributed to the Multi Site project and the support forums. In 2011, I joined Automattic and worked for almost five years on WordPress Core and Automattic projects.
