Set up Slack reminders for Office Hours

This issue was discussed in the Office Hours session on May 23, 2026.

Establish a binding reminder routine for every Office Hours meeting: one reminder the day before, one one hour before. Include the main topic in the reminder.

Tasks

• Define a short reminder template (day before, one hour before)
• Schedule the reminders in the [#training](https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C02RW657Q) Slack channel for the June 27 meeting
• Apply the routine to all future Office Hours meetings

Context

The May 23 meeting showed that several participants almost missed the session. Consistent reminders the day before and one hour before reduce the risk of missed Office Hours.
