Prepare and publish a poll on preferred meeting time

A poll needs to be created and published to determine the preferred meeting time for future Office Hours. The poll should cover day of the week (weekday vs. weekend) and time of day, with the goal of finding a schedule that works across major time zones (Europe, Asia, Americas).

Tasks

• Create a poll covering preferred day and time options
• Publish the poll and share it in the #training Slack channel
• Collect responses over a reasonable period (at least one week)

Context

The first session was held on a Saturday at 14:00 UTC. As outlined in the proposal, meeting times should rotate to accommodate different time zones. This poll will inform the long-term scheduling approach.
