Removed Puerto Rico from the list because it already appears in the US Legislatures list. A legislative body cannot appear in both---U.S. and foreign---and Puerto Rico is properly placed in the US territorial listing of legislatures. Pr4ever (talk) 10:49, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
