Having received feedback from Wikipedia last week on why my original draft was declined, I have reworked the draft to address its tone (aiming for more neutral and factual - less opinion-led and essay-like), removing a few claims that were unsubstantiated by references, and addressing some of the original references that could potentially have been flagged as 'unreliable.' I am now uploading this revised draft in place of the original draft, anticipating further feedback from Wikipedia. I see no reason why this action is a violation.

Taking Out The Trash, I believe this is a known filter weakness that has been decided to be left alone. There was a false positive report some months back on roughly the same issue ([1]), and a new filter was tested at 1388.
