Women in tech are leaving. Not with noise. Quietly, from the exact roles you can't afford to lose.
I help CHROs and tech leaders map and fix these silent leaks: the moments where trust breaks and your best people check out before you see it coming.

The conversation about diversity in tech was framed as a values conversation for a long time. Important. Necessary. But rarely urgent enough to move budgets. That has changed. With AI reshaping how products are built and judged, who is in the room is now a business-critical question.

For years I watched AI tools get treated as the hero. The promise was speed and scale. The reality for many teams is quiet disillusion: results flatter than expected, products that stall, fragile customer trust. Inside teams, people care about fairness but don't know what good looks like, don't have time for new processes, and are tired of abstract ethics conversations.

I started as an application engineer in finance, then moved into requirements engineering, business analysis, project and product management. I know how it feels to ship under pressure, to sit between business and tech, to be accountable for what these systems create in the real world.

Through TechFace I help product, engineering and talent leaders move from "AI as the hero" to human judgment, talent and trust as the real differentiator. Three things:
➡️ Bringing in diverse, overlooked tech talent so teams reflect the people they build for.
➡️ Creating spaces where people ask better questions and surface lived experience before harm happens.
➡️ Linking inclusive culture and responsible AI to hard outcomes: saving AI spend, protecting brands, making people able to handle change.

I listen to talent when no judgment is in the room, what makes them stay, what makes them leave. I listen to leaders caught between AI ambition and daily reality. My work bridges these worlds so companies build tech that is resilient, compliant and trusted.
