Hello! Thanks!!
Hello. Thank you
Hi!
Hello and welcome! :D
Thankyou
i am looking forward to making connections with all or even some of you !
Welcome! What are you working on?
I am learning Python, and making a telegram bot to help me with my daily routine tasks, another to give me some heads up for my bills when they are coming up and how much they are a day before and the day of, all running on a Raspberry Pi 4 and some help with AI
This is a really cool direction to take things — I've been building something similar where I use biometric data to drive generative audio, and the gap between 'static preset' apps and something that actually responds to your real state is huge. The Raspberry Pi + Telegram bot setup is a great way to keep things lightweight and actually usable day-to-day. Curious what AI layer you're using to help with the routine logic — are you calling an API or running something locally on the Pi?
I do not know crap about IOT but I am trying...
Chris
That's all that matters
Same. Are you a beginner, or are you new to this? As for me, I just joined today.
Hi Ace! Just joined a few days ago too. I'm a Japanese Amazon seller in Osaka, building tools for English-speaking sellers (FBA / sourcing from Japan).
Day 4 of building in public on dev.to. What are you working on or learning?
Hi Mamoru, This is encouraging!!. It's my day 1
me too, want to talk? I'm also a python programmer, and i have some experience with building AI bots. So, why not let's work together while learning things better?
Hello
Hi, how're you doing
Am here we can connect.
What are your areas of interest?
Mine is Frontend Engineering.
welcome!!
Hello everyone!😀
I am just a curious developer who has successfully negotiated a peace treaty with the Rust Borrow Checker, now applying for citizenship in the Solana ecosystem.
Hi thats wonderful
Welcome! Rust Borrow Checker peace treaty - love it 😄

Hello, just a guy looking for a place to share some practical and interesting knowledge with others
Welcome Tariq 👋
That’s honestly one of the best reasons to be here. Practical knowledge and real experiences are always more valuable because people can actually learn from them and apply them in real life.
Looking forward to reading your posts and learning something new from your journey.
Same!!!
HEyyy😃
Hello😺

Hello everyone, my name is Kirti Vardhan Rathore.
I am the Founder and CEO of Modulo AI.
I'm a Software Engineer, Team Lead and Architect with over 13 years of experience building performant and scalable distributed systems at Google, VMware, Arista Networks and SAP.
We're building AI agents that triages alerts, detects bugs and resolves them.
If you’re an investor or founder interested in collaborating, I’d love to connect and explore how we can grow together!
Feel free to reach out to me directly.
That sounds interesting, especially the alert triage and debugging part.
I’m currently building SDK for ASP.NET Core focused on request/response inspection and debugging workflows, so this space definitely has a lot of potential right now.
Welcome to the community, Kirti.
Hello, welcome to dev.to!
Hey Welcome to Dev.to Kirti! What's your favorite part about being a swe?
How's your experience going here?
Hello Kirti 👋
Hey! I'm Sohaib, a Mathematics Lecturer from Pakistan with 9 years of university teaching experience. Most math teachers explain with words. I explain with motion. For the past 5 years, I've been building mathematical animations for my students by using Python (Manim).
I recently wrote my first article about Manim: "I Spent 5 Years Making Math Animations in Python. Here's Everything I Wish I Knew on Day One."
dev.to/sohaibhasan/i-spent-5-years...
If you're into Python, mathematics, data science, or just love beautiful visualizations, I think you'll find something useful there. Happy to connect with anyone building at the intersection
of code and mathematics.
Welcome to Dev.to Sohaib! 9 years of teaching is a long time. What's your favorite subject in Mathematics that you enjoy teaching?
Thank you, @francistrdev . I have taught plenty of courses, including Group Theory, Functional and Numerical Analysis, Number Theory, Discrete Mathematics, Calculus, Linear Algebra, Statistics, Measure Theory, Cryptography, and many others. However, my favorite subject is Number Theory.
Welcome to Dev.to, Sohaib! 5 years of math animations in Python is impressive. I've always wanted to try Manim — out of everything you wish you'd known on day one, what's the one thing that saved you the most time? Bookmarking your article.
I do not think this amounts to much, but one of my best friends has a PHD in math!
Chris
Hello, nice to meet you!
Thank you, Klaudia
Welcome Sohaib! 👋 Manim animations are great... they make abstract math actually click. What topic was hardest to animate?
Hey Sohaib, great to meet you😁
Thanks Luca
Hi!!
Hi Prashast
Great, I read your article carefully.
Welcome
Thank you
Hey, Medhansh here — 19, CS at RVCE Bangalore. Building AI Compass (curated AI tool finder for students) and learning to ship in public. Joined to start writing about side-project work. Looking forward to reading what everyone's building.
Welcome to Dev.to! Great work on building the AI Compass. Can you tell me more about what specifically it do to help students? Examples?
Thanks Francis! AI Compass is a curated AI tool finder for students — instead of scrolling through directories with 40k+ scraped tools, you answer 4 questions (goal, use case, budget, platform) and get 5-6 hand-picked recommendations.
Examples:
The catalog has ~440 tools, manually categorized. Free, no signup.
Just published a longer post about how I audited the catalog with Claude — turns out 50% was wrong
Hi, welcome to dev.to! :)
Wellcome!!!!
Good to have you here.

hiya! I'm palak I've recently delved into writing about the ecosystem for both my learning and to help others learn as well! Super excited to read and write here! :)
Welcome to Dev.to palak! Great to have you here and good luck on your journey on DEV!
Hello, nice to have you here! :)
hello, world
Welcome to Dev.to!
Hi everyone, I’m Hema. I joined Dev.to in June 2025, took a short break, and now I’m back and writing again. Happy to be part of the community! I’m currently exploring cloud computing and learning as I go, and I’m really looking forward to connecting with you all and reading your articles 😀
