Pagsanghan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Pagsanghan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Samar, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 8,145 dalam isi rumah 1,954.
