I've been reading over the comments of the video's and various reddit threads and I've been trying to fix the problems that people have been encountering. I think I've squashed most of the bugs reported, but I also noticed a theme with a lot of the critical responses.
It's too fast - I programmed BJ to move at the original speeds, but if that’s too fast and you want to slow it down to a more sane level, there’s now a speed toggle in the options.
It's too loud - The adlib sound emulation was playing back at a higher volume so I added sliders for all the volumes: Digital, Adlib, and music. You can now adjust the audio to suit your preferences.
Being able to see enemies through the wall breaks immersion - Fair enough, and this was on my todo list, so I went ahead and did it. You can now toggle line-of-sight off or on. When it's active any enemies that aren't in your line of sight will fade out, when they come back in they'll fade in. It makes the whole thing heckuv harder, but it also gives it a bit of a Diablo vibe.

Yes, it's real. Now you can compile MacenWolf on any system you want, or introduce any coding changes you'd like. Should shut AstroCreep up for good.
I have a question as to why the GBA version of Wolfenstein 3D doesn't have any mod that adds music either from the DOS version or from the port itself that was leaked
Why can't most games play? DOSBOX is required.
There are much better alternatives to DOSBox.

Blzut3 recently added support for the actual wolfstone data files, and made a converter to rip those files from those games. I think there’s a download on the main ecwolf website.
