Archive Title

Show the archive page or post title to your readers using the rich Archive Title builder block. It automatically retrieves and displays the dynamic title for category, tag, or other archive pages, while giving you the flexibility to customize heading tags, include prefixes, and style it to match your layout and branding.

How to Add and Use the Archive Title Block:

  1. Enable the Block: Navigate to Smart Post > Blocks > Website Builder Blocks and toggle Archive Title to ON.
  2. Open the Editor: Go to Appearance > Editor > Templates and select an Archive or Category template.
  3. Insert the Block: Click the (+) inserter, search for Archive Title, and drop it into your template.
  4. Configure: Use the sidebar settings to choose a layout, define your SEO tags, and set content alignment, then save the template to apply it site-wide.

General Settings:

From this panel, you can easily configure the core structural and layout settings to define how the archive header functions.

  • Archive Title Layout: Choose from multiple pre-defined layouts to arrange the image, title, and description.
  • Post Breadcrumb: Toggle the breadcrumb navigation on or off for better user site navigation.
  • Content Alignment: Set the horizontal position to Left, Center, or Right as needed.
  • Title & HTML Tag: Enable the title and select heading levels from H1 to H6 for SEO.
  • Archive Type & Prefix: Option to show the archive type and add a custom Prefix Label, with control over its position and gap.
  • Image & Description: Customize the width, height, and gap for the archive image, and toggle Lazy Loading for better performance. Besides, you can also add style to descriptions as you need from here.

Style Archive Title:

From this panel, you can easily add style & personalize the visual identity of every element within the archive block. You can customize typography and specific colors for the Title, Prefix, Image, and Description as needed. Besides, you can control margins and padding for each component to ensure a balanced and professional look.

Advanced Settings:

This panel allows you to refine the block container with custom backgrounds, borders, margins, padding, and box shadows for added visual depth. Besides, you can easily control visibility across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile devices for a fully responsive display. Moreover, you can also add custom CSS code to style or control the block.
