Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 29, 2026

WPPOOL is a WordPress product company that develops and distributes various WordPress plugins. This Privacy Policy explains how WPPOOL collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, make purchases, or use any of our plugins and services.

By using our website or any WPPOOL plugin, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Personal Information We Collect

Device Information

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. As you browse the Site, we also collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, pixels, and tools such as Google Analytics.

Order Information

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this as “Order Information.”

Plugin Usage and Telemetry Data

When you install and use our WordPress plugins, we may collect technical and usage information such as device and browser details, operating system, and plugin interaction data.

Our plugins use the Appsero SDK to collect basic telemetry data only after you explicitly consent via the admin notice. This helps us troubleshoot issues and improve our products. No data is collected without your confirmation. For details, see the Appsero Privacy Policy.

Information from Google Services (Google Sheets Integration)

Some of our plugins allow you to connect your Google account using Google OAuth to enable Google Sheets integration features (such as syncing data to or from Google Sheets).

When you choose to connect your Google account, we request only the minimum necessary permissions (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets).

This allows us to:

  • Read and write data to the specific Google Sheets you explicitly select
  • Sync necessary data (such as leads, inventory, orders, or other plugin-generated content) between your WordPress site and your chosen spreadsheet

We do not access your other Google files, emails, contacts, or any unrelated Google services.

We securely store the OAuth access token and refresh token on your own WordPress site (in the database) to maintain the integration. These tokens are encrypted where possible. You can revoke access at any time from the plugin settings or directly from your Google Account security settings.

Limited Use Disclosure

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
