Thank you so much for following up and for your help with the forum guidance — I really appreciate it.

WooCommerce has been helpful in setting up the structure of my site, especially with product listings and payment integration. However, since I’m building a site for an educational institution (with Zoom classes, online learning, and course enrollments), I do wish there were more native features geared toward education, like:

• Course catalog and enrollment tools
• Easy Zoom integration for live classes
• Certificate generation for students
• More flexible pricing options or bundles for schools
• A lighter, more affordable plan for non-profits or academies

Additionally, it would be great to have more cost-effective plugin solutions or bundles that include key educational tools. Since we’re working with tight budgets, cost is a major factor.

Thanks again for your support, and I look forward to any updates that might make WooCommerce even more useful for small educational setups like ours!

As suggested, I’ve contacted WooCommerce Support via their service desk and included a detailed message along with the link to this thread:

I also wanted to share that I’ve checked everything again — WooCommerce does not appear in the /wp-content/plugins/ directory in cPanel, nor does it show up in the database under active_plugins. Before I proceed:
Would you recommend that I try removing any remnants of the corrupted WooCommerce installation (if possible) before uploading a fresh copy, or should I just upload the new version immediately via cPanel and hope it overwrites or corrects the issue?

Thank you again for your help and detailed suggestions.

I wanted to share a few things and ask for further advice:

• WooCommerce still appears in the WordPress dashboard, but the woocommerce plugin folder is completely missing in /wp-content/plugins/ when I check in File Manager via cPanel. It’s really confusing — it seems like it’s either half-installed or stuck.
• I will now attempt the code method you kindly suggested using the functions.php file in my active theme to try and deactivate the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin.
• Once I regain access to the dashboard, could you please advise how to completely remove WooCommerce safely (if it’s stuck in the system), so I can then reinstall a fresh version cleanly?

Thanks, it is not located in the database so I cannot remove it.

Thanks but she did give CSS for the logo issue but there really is something wrong with perhaps theme or something deeper because the logo then appeared for a while with the css given but then would disappear so there is something odd with this website or theme …

Thanks 🙂 but it doesn’t work and you are sharing the same screenshots that I shared.

It worked and then disappeared little while later as in she also shared logo css and then the logo sowed for awhile and then it dissapeared again
