Size Limit of Library

    The Library is working as we expected. Unexpectedly however once we had more than 500 records loaded int he system, the Document Library Page only shows 500 of them, being the first 500 in the search criteria, which for us is alpabetically the Veterans Surames and Given Names. Is there a way to resolve this? We ultimately have around 8,500 soldiers we wish to include in this Library.

    Thanks for using Document Library Lite! I understand you’re having difficulty with the document library showing only the first 500 relevant Documents for some reason. I’m happy to look into this and help you sort it out.

    The issue you’re experiencing is expected behavior, as the doc_limit option that allows you to set a maximum number of documents is available in Document Library Pro. The free version defaults to 500 documents. You can see this mentioned at:

    To display more than the default first 500 Documents, I suggest you consider upgrading to Document Library Pro. Our upcoming annual Black Friday sale offers a 40% discount on all purchases.
