Non-responsive support

I got the paid version of the plugin a while ago. It took a lot of struggling and emailing back and forth to get it to work with Divi, and I had to do a lot of the CSS on my own.
Now the AMP homepage of my client’s live site is broken, and I have no idea why. I messaged support over 3 weeks ago, telling them it’s an urgent issue that needs immediate attention. I haven’t received a reply yet, even though I sent a few reminders to that initial email.
Terrible experience.
