    Hello,

    I have reached out three times via your email: wpmatrixaddons@gmail.com but have yet to receive a response. We upgraded to Easy Invoice Pro yesterday, but despite being charged, the upgrade has not been applied. This issue remains unresolved, and none of your live chat support agents have replied.

    Please advise on how this will be resolved.
