HTML error after update to 1.1.20

Just updated from 1.1.19 to 1.1.20

I have “Make Widget Title Link” checked under Title, and have had to uncheck it because:

the widget area now literally puts the “<a href=”https://website.com/example”>Example</a>&#8221; in the sidebar (whereas before, it would just “link” the “Category” i.e. Example to the “Example category”
