In the customizer, you can set up a static front page and then select a blog page as well.

Thanks for the answer, but I think it does not solve my problem.
First of all, this is my site http://www.giuseppedepellegrino.it
I use the Homepage to show my work as a portfolio.
If I set the homepage as a static page, I could no longer use theme features like choosing categories.
I suggest creating a “blog” category and then including all your posts in that. WordPress will automatically create an archive page for the category that you can link to in your menu.

Sorry, maybe I can not explain well.
I would like to see only the articles of my portfolio on the homepage and not the articles with “blog” category.
For example.
Now on the homepage I have articles with these categories: “projects”, “websites”, “logos”, “posters”, “t-shirts”.
If I now create a new article with a “blog” category, this appears in the home, but I do not want it to appear.
I want to create a separate page in which to put articles with “blog” category, and make sure that they are visible only on that page.
Sorry for my bad English!
There isn’t an option in WordPress or in the theme that allows you to select which categories appear on the home page.
There may be a plugin available that does that but I don’t know.

Thanks. I solved it with “Simply Exclude” plugin.
