While
Rockstar North is busy helping out with the GTA PSP game as well as going through the final testing stages of the Xbox and PC versions of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas,
Rockstar San Diego is sitting back and relaxing as they have just finished Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition, which will be released next Tuesday on the Xbox and PS2 (and the PSP following).
I have started up a brand new website designed to take the same informational approach as this website, yet for the Midnight Club series. The website is dubbed
Midnight Club Garage, and I just put the finishing touches on the foundation of the website.
In fact, Rockstar sent me two
exclusive screenshots already (one of them is the pic of the day). It would be great if everyone could
visit the site,
register at the
forums and get involved so that the website can start strong. Thanks to all of the great folks at GameSpy for getting me setup so fast and thanks to Rockstar for helping me out with screens and logos as well as setting me up with some awesome gear.
A thirty second tv spot that is a shortened version of the sixty second official trailer for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas just aired on TBS Superstation during Family Guy. At the end, it said "Coming Soon to Xbox" at the top, but there was no mention of the PC version anywhere (don't worry about that though). This may not be brand new, but it is at least relatively new. Let me know if you saw this one before by responding in the news comments!
So it's April Fools day and I don't have anything up to fool you! That's because I believe that people have overdone things on April 1st way too much over the past few years and fooling someone is about as hard as putting a camel through the eye of a needle. I received a video from an "anonymous source" telling me that it's from GTA PSP. I even saw several websites put the video up, except the problem is that they posted the news yesterday, which I am pretty sure is against the April Fool's rules (but does that really matter). It's nothing more than GTA III video that was transferred to a memory stick on the PSP. Nothing more. Ya, I know...I am a party pooper.
