InstantKB.NET is a robust, powerful and easy-to-use 100% ASP.NET & SQL Server knowledge base management solution designed to lower your email & telephone support related enquiries.
Intuitive category navigation and powerful full-text search capabilities allow customers, employees or partners to quickly and easily locate information on a self-service basis eliminating questions, helping reduce your support costs while improving overall customer satisfaction.
Questions can be submitted directly to the knowledge base allowing subject matter experts to answer and instantly share this question with others. This will slash the time you spend answering the same common support questions over and over again.
User accounts allow you to control the content that is presented. You can assign multiple user-roles to each user account allowing you to display content that is specific to different users or groups. For example you could provide your customers, employees or partners accounts to each access a private collection of information within a single knowledge base.
