Program Rules & Guidelines

Please read these guidelines carefully before joining. Following them keeps your account active and commissions flowing.

What You Can Do

Write honest blog reviews and tutorials about ultraDevs products
Share your referral link on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Publish comparison articles (e.g. ultraDevs vs competitors) with factual, accurate information
Add affiliate links to your email newsletter, provided you clearly disclose the relationship
Embed our official demo videos and screenshots in your content
Run your own non-branded paid ads (e.g. “WordPress testimonial plugin” — generic keywords)
Recommend products directly to your clients and web design customers

What You Cannot Do

Bid on branded keywords like “ultraDevs”, “ultraCare”, or product names in paid ads
Spam links in forums, comment sections, Facebook groups, or any community platforms
Make false or exaggerated claims about our products that we cannot verify
Self-refer — purchasing through your own affiliate link to earn commission
Create fake discount or coupon sites that mislead customers about pricing
Use our logos, brand assets, or trademarks without written permission
Promote ultraDevs on any site that contains illegal, harmful, or adult content

Disclosure Requirement

You are required to clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you promote ultraDevs products. This applies to blog posts, YouTube videos, social media, emails, and all other promotional channels. A simple statement such as “This post contains affiliate links — I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link, at no extra cost to you” is sufficient. This is both an ultraDevs program requirement and a legal obligation in most countries (FTC guidelines, ASA rules, etc.).

Account Termination Policy

Violation of any guideline above may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our discretion.
