    Love to write, hike, run, practice yoga, dance and enable people to do amazing things with WordPress.

    WordPress Origin Story

    I originally started blogging with WordPress in 2006. Working as a professional blogger augmented my business development income, later it brought me clients too.

    By 2008, I considered myself a power user. I had created about 50 sites for myself. I started building sites for other people. I have built hundreds of sites since then. I’ve given back to the community and spoken at WordCamps across the country over the years.

    In 2008, I inherited the Charlotte WordPress Meetup group. These days I am still an organizer and the group is controlled by the WordCamp organization. We are growing and looking for more organizers at many levels. 🙂
