Il Pro12 2014-15 fu la 5ª edizione della competizione transnazionale di rugby a 15 per club delle federazioni gallese, irlandese, italiana e scozzese, la 4ª con tale nome nonché la 14ª assoluta includendo le edizioni senza i club della federazione italiana.

Si tenne dal 5 settembre 2014 al 30 maggio 2015 tra 12 squadre che si incontrarono nella stagione regolare con la formula a girone unico per selezionare le quattro che affrontarono i play-off.

A partire da tale stagione fu noto con il nome commerciale di Guinness Pro12 per via della sponsorizzazione garantita da Diageo, la multinazionale britannica proprietaria del marchio di birra Guinness[1].

Per la prima volta nella storia del torneo fu una formazione scozzese ad aggiudicarsi la vittoria, il Glasgow Warriors[2] che già nella stagione precedente era stato finalista sconfitto.

Il valore delle marcature, come stabilito dall’IRFB nel 1992, era: 5 punti per ciascuna meta (7 se trasformata), 3 punti per la realizzazione di ciascun calcio piazzato, idem per il drop[3].
