Will my price ever increase?

No, your price will be the same forever, even if we increase our prices in the future! We believe in grandfathering, so when you lock in, you lock in. You price will stay the same as long as you continuously renew your license.

Does Groundhogg track any of my customers' data?

No, the Groundhogg plugin is 100% self-hosted. Groundhogg the company (or anyone else) will never know your contacts’ information. Most Groundhogg users use the plugin completely anonymously.

What's required to use Groundhogg?

Groundhogg can be installed on almost any self-hosted WordPress site. All you need to be able to do is install the WordPress plugin and you’re good to go. There are no minimum hosting requirements, but decent hosting (more than $10/mo) is recommended.

Do you offer monthly billing?

No. Why? For many reasons. Mainly, because monthly payments attract more tire kickers and eat up a lot of our time and support resources.

Will Groundhogg slow down my site?

Nope! Groundhogg is an incredibly lightweight plugin. We use custom tables to minimize the impact on other plugins or core WordPress, and we follow all WordPress best practices and coding standards. As long as you have semi-decent hosting, Groundhogg will never be the cause of a slow site.
