When there is no account left to have the file provider extension enabled, ensure that the legacy location for the file provider extension is completely removed s any future setups use the new location. Signed-off-by: Iva Horn <iva.horn@nextcloud.com>

If there is not even a single account with an enabled file provider but still the legacy application support directory for the file provider extension, then remove it completely to prepare any newly activated file provider domains to use the new working directories.
