Bug description

When installing Nextcloud Desktop v33 or newer on macOS the application no longer seems to auto launch it self, this appears to only be an issue on new installs.

Comparing old and new installs I've noticed that previously under Login Options > App Background Activity a listing for Nextcloud GmbH was added, this seems to no longer happen for new installs. (Not sure if these are 100% related though)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Get a Mac that previously didn't have Nextcloud Desktop installed.
  2. Download the Nextcloud Desktop / Files v33+ and install it.
  3. Open the application, log in and confirm that:
    a. Launch on System Startup is enabled in the settings.
    b. Files are syncing correctly.
  4. Restart the Mac without enabling Reopen windows when logging in.

Expected behavior

The app should automatically start when the user logs in.
