[Bug]: Desktop client windows 4.0.2 freeze file explorer

Bug description

After installing version 4.0.2 the icon does not appear next to the clock, in the task manager the service is started but has a CPU consumption of 5 to 10% and a disk consumption of about 5Mbit/s when opening the file explorer and trying to open any folder within nextcloud the file explorer freezes. Tried on two computers

Almost the same for me, the icon doesn't appear (despite the settings in Windows personalization).
Not really a crash of Windows Explorer, but little or no display of the status of files/folders in VFS and a significant slowdown.
And no automatic lock/unlock function that works on Office documents.

Update :

• After several restarts, the icon appears in the system tray

• Right-clicking on a folder in File Explorer freezes (apparently only when the client is synchronizing)

• The graphical user interface (GUI) cannot be opened by clicking the icon while the client is synchronizing

• If the GUI is open (it opens successfully when the client is not synchronizing), everything freezes (GUI + File Explorer) when the client starts synchronizing

in case the settings window can not be reached you could also upload an archive of the %APPDATA%/Nextcloud folder, that will contain most of the items that are part of the debug archive
