Bug description

May be related or not to #8915 , but after discovery of this problem I've started checking Activity and noticed that a bunch of files and folders were deleted by me and other users, without any noticeable pattern.
Sometimes there were multiple per event, sometimes just one. Not very often, with a frequency ranging from several minutes to several hours.
I can unambiguously confirm, that I didn't do these deletions.
Fortunately, the files were found in Trash.
Can anyone check if they have this issue?

Steps to reproduce

  1. Update Nextcloud Client from 3.17.3 to 4.0.0 on Windows
  2. Wait a couple of days
  3. Check Activity app, look for deletions you didn't perform
  4. Check Trash in Files app
