Collect TT-Admins comments on 2026 Goals

This issue was discussed in the Office Hours session on May 23, 2026.

Two working drafts of the 2026 Goals exist: a first draft from Sumit (with many comments) and a revised version from Rico. The TT-Admins need to comment on both documents so the team can consolidate them and bring the result to a team-wide discussion.

Tasks

• Share both 2026 Goals documents with the TT-Admins
• Set a clear comment deadline aligned with the TT-Admins follow-up meeting
• Collect feedback from all TT-Admins
• Prepare the consolidated draft for the team-wide discussion

Context

Sumit and Rico both prepared drafts of the 2026 Goals. To move forward, the TT-Admins need a clear deadline and a structured way to comment so the two drafts can be merged into one official Goals list to be discussed by the whole team.
