Zoe Perry is an American actress. She has starred as Mary Cooper on the shows Young Sheldon and Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage. Her also roles include the shows Roseanne, Conviction, My Boys, Ave 43, The Family, NCIS, Scandal, and The Conners; and the films The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond and No Pay, Nudity; as well as many works on stage.

Zoe is the daughter of actors Jeff Perry and Laurie Metcalf. Her mother had originated Zoe’s role of Mary Cooper, on the show The Big Bang Theory. Zoe is married to Gab Taraboulsy.

Zoe’s paternal grandfather was Harold Joseph Perry (the son of George Perry and Florence May Gott). Harold was born in Centralia, Marion, Illinois. George was born in Cincinnati, Hamilton, Ohio, and was adopted by Edward Hanrahan and Minnie Miller. Zoe’s great-grandmother Florence was born in Central City, Marion, the daughter of William Thomas Gott and Mary Rebecca Smith, who had heavily Colonial American roots, including in Massachusetts and Maine.

Zoe’s paternal grandmother was Eleanor Jane Irving (the daughter of Richard Henry Irving and Jessie Mary Roberts). Eleanor was born in Hamburg, Fremont, Iowa. Richard was born in Newburgh, Orange, New York, the son of John W. Irving and Sarah S. Leach/Leech. Zoe’s great-grandmother Jessie was born in Clinton, Missouri, the daughter of Francis M.
