We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join - Digital Product team within Marketing, focused on public-facing web experiences that drive real results.

This isn’t just about making things look good.

It’s about designing experiences that are clear, intuitive, and built to convert.

What you’ll actually do

• Design high-impact website experiences (pages, templates, flows)
• Turn complex content into clean, scannable, user-friendly journeys
• Improve conversion, engagement, and discoverability (SEO)
• Create wireframes → prototypes → polished UI in Figma
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, SEO & Analytics to bring ideas to life
• Use data + user insights to iterate and improve performance

What makes you a strong fit

• You’ve designed marketing websites or landing pages (not just apps)
• You understand content hierarchy, navigation, and user flows
• You think about conversion (CTAs, clarity, reducing friction)
• You’re comfortable working in a cross-functional, product-led environment
• You can explain why you made a design decision—not just how it looks
• Bonus: experience with SEO, CMS platforms, or design systems
