- Develop user-centered design solutions for ecommerce experiences, including navigation, product discovery, checkout flows, and content layout.
- Create wireframes, user flows, process diagrams, and low‑fidelity prototypes to support early-stage concepting.
- Build high-fidelity UI designs, visual assets, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

- Interpret user feedback, heatmaps, scroll paths, and journey insights to inform design iterations.
- Support usability testing, A/B testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to guide feature enhancements.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand goals, requirements, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders and development teams to ensure feasibility, proper implementation, and alignment with technical constraints.
- Present design concepts, rationale, and prototypes to stakeholders in clear, compelling ways.
- Support development handoff through detailed specifications, component definitions, and interaction guidance.
- 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within ecommerce or consumer-facing digital environments.
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto‑layout, prototyping, design systems, and component library management.
- Experience using Medallia, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar behavior analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and modern web patterns.
- Ability to analyze behavioral and qualitative data and turn insights into actionable design changes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—especially in distributed or remote environments.
- Experience designing for mobile-first ecommerce environments.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, etc.).
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
