We’ve upgraded how your pages are understood by search engines and AI systems.

Each page now includes a single, clean layer of structured information that clearly explains who you are, what you offer, and how your content fits together. This information is read directly by Google, Bing, and AI platforms.

What’s now covered

Your pages automatically describe:

  • Your business (brand, location, opening hours, photos, social links)
  • Your pages (main topic, language, canonical URL)
  • Events (dates, venue, organizer)
  • Job offers (role, location, contract type, validity period)
  • Rooms & venues (linked to the right location)
  • Menus (sections and items, when available)
  • Articles & blog posts (author, publisher, images)

Why it matters

This improvement helps platforms correctly interpret your content, which leads to:

  • Richer search results (logos, hours, events, menus)
  • Potential Eligibility for Google Jobs and Google Events
  • Better visibility in local search results
  • Stronger understanding by AI tools and search overviews
  • Cleaner handling of multilingual pages and duplicates

What you need to do

Nothing. The data is generated automatically from your existing CentralApp content and stays in sync when you update your information.

Table Booking - PDF Export

You can now export your full reservation list as a PDF, ready for on-site operational use in the restaurant. This enhancement service preparation and supports smoother front-of-house coordination.

CSV Import & Export

It's now possible to import menus, price-list and catalogue as CSV. The fields currently supported by the imports and exports are :

  • Price: (mandatory field)
  • Section: to publish the menu (you need to add the ID of the section)
  • Item ID: Optional field to update an existing item.
  • Title: Can be uploaded in multiple languages (mandatory field in default language)
  • Description: Can be uploaded in multiple languages

Working with Translations

To upload translated fields:

  • First enable the menu/price list/catalogue in the target language(s).
  • In your CSV, create one column per language.
  • Name each column with the field name + 2-letter language code (e.g., title.fr, title.en).

Only the title in the primary language of your company is a required field. So if your company has content in Spanish, the column title.es will be required

💡 Pro Tip

If you only want to update prices while keeping your existing tags and images:

  1. Export your current catalogue.
  2. Edit the CSV with the new prices (using Google Sheets or similar).
  3. Re-upload the file with the same Item IDs.

Only the prices will be updated — all other details remain unchanged.

Branding - Animation

We are now introducing scroll animations on all website as part of our branding system. Those animations defines how elements appear on your website when the visitor first scrolls the page.

We have introduced 4 types of animation that will align with the rest of the branding

  • Fading animation
  • Clipping animation
  • Scaling animation
  • Slide animation

This new animation système has been automatically applied to all website in full alignement with each website branding.

Branding - Footer

We are pleased to announce an improvement to our branding system, designed to provide you with more flexibility and consistency across your website. These improvements ensure that your footer remains visually aligned with your overall branding while offering a wider range of variations. This helps create a more engaging and professional user experience for your visitors.

What’s New

New branding variations: Multiple footer styles are now available, offering more diversity and personalization. The system now dynamically selects the most suitable footer by combining the available content on your website with your chosen branding settings.

Actions Required

Check your logo format: On some websites, we identified that logos were uploaded in white. Our system already adapts SVG logos automatically, switching them to white when needed depending on the background.

To guarantee the best possible rendering in all contexts, we recommend reuploading your logo in its positive version (not in white).

By doing so, you’ll ensure optimal display of your brand identity across all footer variations.

Hiring - Improved Job Offer Publication Controls

We’ve enhanced the job posting flow to give you more flexibility and control. You can now:

  • Save job offers as drafts before going live.
  • Schedule a publication date for future posting.
  • Publish or unpublish offers instantly from the job list.

This update is now available to all users.

Website - Layout List

As part of the continuous improvement of our branding system, we’ve introduced a new layout variation specifically designed for item lists that do not include pictures.

This layout has been automatically applied to many websites, in full alignment with each site’s existing branding. For now, this new section layout will mainly be used for menus and price lists, and it will be handled directly by the website engine.
