We initially ran into a few technical issues with our contest, but once Graham stepped in, everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. He not only fixed the problem in no time, but also developed custom features to address challenges we were facing with manual entry uploads and CRM syncing. Support is non-existent. Have been trying to reach out using their Zendesk support ticketing system. Submitted two tickets in the past week and was advised approx 24 hour response. Currently I am still yet to hear back and will likely be discontinuing use of SweepWidget once our campaigns have ended.
