We are looking for a Fleet Manager who understands that fleet management is about far more than trucks and equipment.

This role will oversee the full lifecycle of a large multi-state fleet operation supporting a rapidly growing specialty electrical contracting platform. From bucket trucks and digger derricks to telematics, maintenance strategy, utilization tracking, and capital planning — this leader will help define how GreenArrow operates at scale.

What You’ll Do

Lead Fleet Operations

• Oversee the full lifecycle management of vehicles and specialty construction equipment
• Develop fleet strategy aligned with GreenArrow’s long-term growth objectives
• Manage acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and asset replacement planning
• Standardize fleet specifications and operating procedures across divisions

Drive Operational Performance

• Implement and optimize fleet management systems and telematics platforms
• Develop KPI dashboards for utilization, downtime, maintenance cost, fuel efficiency, and total cost of ownership
• Analyze fleet data to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary spend
• Present operational and financial reporting to executive leadership

Manage Maintenance & Compliance

• Build and enforce preventative maintenance programs
• Oversee vendor relationships, repair strategy, and parts inventory
• Ensure DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, and regulatory compliance across all operations
• Support accident investigations, driver programs, and risk management initiatives

Lead People & Build Accountability

• Lead and develop mechanics, coordinators, and fleet support staff
• Partner with Safety, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT
• Create a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and operational discipline
• Hold teams accountable while investing in their development

What You Bring

Required Experience

• 10+ years of progressive fleet management experience
• Experience supporting multi-location construction, utility, or electrical contracting operations
• Experience managing large fleet budgets and high-value assets
• Strong operational understanding of heavy equipment, specialty electrical fleet assets, and construction operations

Technical & Operational Expertise

• Fleet lifecycle management
• Preventative maintenance programs
• Telematics and GPS systems
• Fleet utilization optimization
• Budgeting and cost analysis
• Vendor and procurement management
• DOT/FMCSA compliance
• CDL and driver qualification programs
