    In this week's #CoffeeCorner, we meet Roma Kamatmhamai, our U.S. HR Director. Eleven years at Coty, and Roma's proudest moment isn't one single achievement, it's been the whole journey. She started on the Global HRIS team, built a deep foundation in systems and process, then made the leap to U.S. HR. "What I'm most proud of isn't just the roles I've held, but the growth that's come with them. Looking back, it's incredibly fulfilling to see how much I've evolved." Today, she's most in her element when turning complexity into clarity, whether that's improving a workflow, bridging systems and people, or finding a smarter way forward.     "Marc Jacobs teams up with Coty Inc. for a fresh iteration of his beauty brand," reports WWD.   The collection centers on seven essentials, including Drawn This Way eyeliner—the cult favorite reimagined in 21 shades. It's a maximalist manifesto in the minimalism era.   As Marc told the publication, he sees makeup as "an accessory" and believes that "expressing oneself is just the greatest freedom."   Coty Chief Brands Officer, Prestige, Jean Holtzmann, said it best: "It's really the most requested comeback in beauty." In this week's #CoffeeCorner, we meet Yoni Robuck, Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at our Hunt Valley Plant. Yoni is most in his element deep in a workshop — going to the floor, understanding what's really happening in a process, and working with the team to get to true root cause. "I thrive in a fast-paced environment where we test ideas and implement solutions together in real time. That combination of hands-on problem solving, collaboration, and visible progress is where I do my best work." His team runs the same way. "We ask hard questions, challenge assumptions, and stay grounded in what actually works. We learn fast together and stay focused on turning ideas into real results." And his personal style? Curious, direct, and optimistic. "I ask a lot of questions, I like to move quickly, and I genuinely enjoy helping people grow.
