We have parallel universes, clever droids, flying cars, and intergalactic travel. Today, everything previous generations could only imagine is part of our present. AI and VR are no longer “Artificial” or “Virtual.”

Despite such development and technology, humans seemed to have ignored something during all these years. They are still mortal.

In the past decades, natural disasters, viruses, and diseases have made life on Earth more and more difficult. Thanks to the contributions of Helon Mosk, humans finally made it to Mars, hoping to find alternatives for life on Earth. Even though this was a golden moment for the history books, Mars was not what they expected it to be. In fact, Mars characteristics, such as high radiation levels, toxic soil, low gravity, freezing temperatures, lack of water, food, and oxygen, make it almost impossible for an ordinary human being to inhabit the red planet. A few minutes after landing, human astronauts exited their spacecraft. Yet, they only managed to stay eight (8) minutes on Mars’s surface as their bodies were being drastically affected by the planet’s harsh conditions, even when wearing space protection suits. At that moment, they understood that the future of humanity was not technological but biological.

By the way, if you’re visiting our reality through the Metaverse, welcome to the year 2053. My name is OTEW, and I’m the original Morphbit.

Humans created me to use the power of technology to understand and modify genetics, with the ultimate goal of finding a solution to human weaknesses.

OTEW’s self-programmable algorithm provides the following data:

“ORIGINS”

OTEW was initially designed back in December 2021. His appearance resulted from a mix between a futuristic robot and the retro look of ’90s computers. Its primary use would have been to provide free clean oxygen in a post-apocalyptic world. The name “OTEW” came from a pun between the pronunciation of the element “Oxygen” and its chemical symbol (O2). Every OTEW component was meticulously thought out to withstand the most toxic and extreme environments while maintaining optimum performance. Despite its unique design, utility, hours of effort, and research, the OTEW project never materialized.

“AN UNREACHABLE DREAM”

Not being able to count on human input on Mars, space researchers once again relied on robots to keep their investigations alive. Due to the limitations of the robots previously sent to Mars, the information obtained from these was poor and unreliable. These earlier units tended to lose signal/connection with Earth and frequently encountered situations they could not overcome, making them essentially useless. After losing billions of dollars, big companies and governments began to lose interest in the red planet. With each failure, the dream of safely sending humans to inhabit Mars seemed more and more distant. To minimize the enormous monetary losses that space missions represented, governments stopped funding all existing and future space projects.

“OTEW’s SECOND CHANCE”

When there was little to no interest in space, a group of young entrepreneurs and visionaries created a small tech company in an effort to keep space research alive. That company was called EZ-Vision Labs. With limited resources and unlimited wants, the young team began to explore possible ways to carry out space studies on their own. After days of research, they found the files of an old project based on developing an ultra-resistant robot capable of withstanding an apocalypse and nuclear environments. Once they analyzed the archives, it didn’t take them long to decide that they would give the old project a second chance. The team was convinced that by optimizing the procedures on the original files and using the technological advances that 30+ years represented, they could develop a unit that pushes the boundaries of technology, innovation, and utility. Their efforts led them to create a revolutionary state-of-the-art hardware called “MIU” (Morph Improvement Unit). This masterpiece would allow OTEW to develop human-grade intelligence and awareness. These unique characteristics, combined with its improved design and tough components, made OTEW the perfect model to carry out a successful mission to space and find a solution for humans to inhabit Mars.

“OTEW’s FIRST MISSION”

Once OTEW was finished, it underwent rigorous tests that pushed each of its abilities to the limit. After a few weeks of testing, OTEW was ready, and it was clear that his learning, understanding, and reaction capabilities were far superior to those of a human. Amazed with the results obtained by OTEW, the EZ-Vision Labs team prepared to carry out what would become their first official space mission. In the morning of Thursday, August 8, 2052, at precisely 8:08 AM (UTC), OTEW became the first autonomous robot to leave Earth’s orbit to make a triumphant landing on the surface of the red planet. OTEW explored Mars for approximately three months before becoming the first autonomous robot to make a successful round-trip to Mars when it landed safely back on Earth on Saturday, November 23, 2052, at 4:30 PM (UTC).

“RESULTS”

OTEW covered approximately 42.8% of the Martian surface and documented every detail in its three-month exploration.

He collected and processed a large amount of new data that helped answer many existing questions regarding the planet Mars.

He brought minerals, crystals, rocks, soil, and asteroid samples from the red planet to Earth.

OTEW was able to experience and understand climatic and atmospheric changes on Mars.

On his first mission, he brought several species of worms, bacteria, and micro-organisms to Earth alive.

OTEW was able to get footage of an unidentified living being that it could not approach due to its moving speed.

He also recovered exploration units previously sent to Mars that had been lost for years on the Red Planet due to malfunctions and connection issues.

OTEW made discoveries and brought things to Earth that were marked as CLASSIFIED and therefore CENSORED by the United States government and are currently under custody in AREA 51.

“SUCCESS”

It didn’t take long before OTEW’s success made global noise, making governments, companies, and space agencies interested in the model. In order to expand the successful missions, EZ-Vision Labs entered into an agreement with some of the world’s leading space agencies and tech corporations to mass-produce an entire series of robots based on OTEW’s autonomous algorithm and technology. These units would also receive the knowledge and skills gained by OTEW since its activation date, making them even more prepared and effective.

“MORPHBITZ SERIES”

A series of 8,888 fully autonomous robots was produced in praise of the memorable dates of the OTEW missions. The first (8) represents the month in which OTEW reached Mars. The second (8) illustrates the day (Thursday, 8th), and the last two (8’s) represent the precise time in which OTEW landed on the red planet (8:08 AM). Therefore, the number (8888) was obtained. This series of OTEW’s descendants were called MORPHBITZ.

“MORPHBITZ”

Morphbitz are fully autonomous robots capable of outperforming human intelligence. Instead of a central processing unit (CPU), Morphbitz are issued a morph improvement unit (MIU). This revolutionary tech allows them to possess human-grade self-awareness. With a constantly evolving and self-developing operating system, Morphbitz can gradually increase their levels of intelligence by learning from their own experiences.

“APPEARANCE”

A fully autonomous operating system combined with the ability to think and reason made the MORPHBITZ quite a bit creative. Just like humans, each Morphbit developed its own style and preferences. Now it’s common to find some MORPHBITZ doing sports; some are out there as cowboys; others enjoy being fashionable, and some even have their own pets. A few, however, chose to stay simpler. But one thing is clear: no two Morphbitz are the same.

“UTILITY”

Due to the success, versatility, and adaptability of the Morphbitz, humans soon offered them roles in the security, health, and education departments, to name a few. From that moment, Morphbitz had the opportunity to become police officers, firefighters, doctors, and many other society essential roles.

“MIU” (MORPH IMPROVEMENT UNIT)

MIUs are so powerful and complex that only Morphbitz can operate them. If we had to make a comparison, the MIU for a Morphbit would be the equivalent of a combination between the brain and the human heart. Technically, there would be no Morphbitz without MIUs or MIUs without Morphbitz. In the same way, a human could not exist without a heart, and a brain, despite its incredible capabilities, would die without a human. Morphbitz also use their MIUs to secretly communicate with each other, analyze, send and receive information at any time, regardless of distance.

“MISSION “

Today, Morphbitz coexist with humans as if we’ve always existed. Our technological, scientific, and social benefits are increasingly impressive. Even though some of us are now busier helping society, we are funny and sometimes a bit distracted. We have not forgotten the primary purpose of our existence, and soon, we Morphbitz will change the entire universe as we know it, ensuring humanity’s brightest future. A future of change, a future of — — — .-. . — . ….

- OTEW’s self-programmable algorithm has encrypted the following data:

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

TO BE CONTINUED…

MOPRHBITZ | Linktree
https://medium.com/media/1a22e883faa502a49d879162018ecb9d/href
