In collaboration with CUNY By Students, Brooklyn College's Radio Station WBCR, and Baruch College's Radio Station WBMB, WHCS presents the 3rd annual Battle of the Bands! This event is an opportunity to bring the community in CUNY together to enjoy the talent of our local musicians, and people like you make it happen. There will be free food, merchandise, free raffles, with a chance to win some prizes and of course great music! Fill out the form with your information to attend. Thank you for your interest in performing! We are WHCS (Where Hunter College Speaks) Radio and we are holding our 3rd annual Battle of the Bands event this May. We are looking for bands to perform (no matter the genre or CUNY school!). Please fill out the form below for our consideration. -Laura Marmol, Head of Marketing

Thank you for your interest in hosting a show at WHCS Radio! Please fill out this form to apply for a new or returning show for the Spring 2026 Semester. No broadcasting experience is required! Shows start on the hour and run for 45 minutes. For example, a show that starts at 12 pm would end at 12:45 pm. Exceptions can be made in cases of faulty equipment but not for lateness, SO BE ON TIME! Shows run Monday through Thursday from 10am-8pm and 10am-6pm on Fridays. You must register here before submitting this form to be notified if you were accepted for a show slot. This form will not be accepting responses after January 18th at 11:59p.m. Other questions can be sent to info@whcsradio.com.
