I'm Rexx (200 HR RYT) and I've been teaching yoga for 9 years. I created Ritual Pose Yoga to help you develop your personal yoga and meditation practice.

My yoga journey began in my early teen years going to Yoga classes at my family's gym, but I didn't take it seriously until I was 17 years old and needed to care for my stressed shoulders and mind. 

I completed my 200 RYT Yoga Teacher Training in Dallas, TX in March 2016 with Soul Motivation Yoga. Since then, I have studied and practiced trauma-informed yoga incorporating multiple styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Nidra. I have used Yoga and Meditation as a tool for my personal mental health healing, fitness journey, and trauma recovery.

I offer private sessions (one-on-one or small groups) at my studio in South Denver, CO and online via video calls; as well as, free online videos on YouTube.
