Charger light is orange/yellow?

Reason: The emergency stop button is pressed, which stops charging sessions from starting. Some EVs need this button to be pressed in order to dislodge the plug. --- Fix: Find the BIG RED BUTTON on the side of the charger, twist it, and the light should turn green again.

Charging session isn't consuming energy even when properly started?

Reason: Sometimes the plug is not inserted properly. --- Fix: Stop charging session, unplug and re-plug charger, start charging session again. --- If still not resolved: Contact Quarker team - we will facilitate a remote reboot. --- Viber/SMS: 09662289172 Messenger: Quarker Corporation
