We visit your space to take measurements, assess site conditions, and get a clearer understanding of opportunities and constraints. After that, the next step usually involves preparing a proposal with mood board and layout plan for your review.

Once you’ve reviewed the mood board and layout plan, the next step is to refine the design together with 3D visuals, confirm material selections, and prepare a detailed quotation. After your approval, we proceed with technical drawings, scheduling, and final preparations before construction begins.

"What happens during the construction stage?"

Throughout the build, we oversee progress, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and conduct regular site checks to ensure quality and compliance. We update Client with the site progress from time to time.

"What's the last stage of the project?"

The final stage is the handover, where we walk you through your completed space to ensure everything meets your expectations. We’ll address any final touch-ups, share care tips, and continue to provide after-sales support for your peace of mind.

"How much time do I need to allocate for design stage?"

The design stage typically takes 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the scope and size of your project. During this time, we will first present 3D visuals for your review, followed by cost estimates. The process may take a little longer as we work together on revisions to refine the design until it meets your expectations.

"What about the technical drawing stage?"

The technical drawing stage usually takes 1 to 4 weeks. At this point, we recommend that clients shop for essential appliances and furniture such as the TV, fridge, built-in oven, sofa, and bed. Having the actual product measurements allows us to ensure a perfect fit with the carpentry works and overall design.
